LONDON, England (CNN) — Barack Obama is spending Saturday in London, the final stop of his international tour, where he plans a series of meetings with British leaders before finally heading home.

The presumptive Democratic nominee from Illinois arrived in the English capital Friday night, fresh from a visit to France and a meeting with President Nicolas Sarkozy. The two expressed their friendship and mutual respect in an evening news conference Friday in Paris.

Obama’s stop in London is more low-key than other appearances on his international tour. There are no major news conferences as Obama will speak with reporters outside 10 Downing Street after his talks with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown.
